Live at Home is proud to offer, in conjunction with ADT, home alert services that give independence and peace of mind while at the same time saving money over having a caregiver be present.

Alert buttons are worn around the wrist or neck, and are completely waterproof. A press of the button activates the ADT call center, and the speakerphone reach is approx 500sq feet. This allows someone who has fallen but can speak the opportunity to ask for a neighbor, friend, or the paramedics to be called. In the past, these systems immediately sent the paramedics breaking down the door. With these services, responders can be alerted as to where a key is hidden.

Also available are passive monitoring systems, which monitor where your loved one is in the house, and alert when a typical pattern is broken. For example, staying in the bathroom for more than an hour would set off an alarm.

In addition to offering these services, which can be combined with caregiver support or used alone, Live at Home is capable of being put on the emergency contact list for clients.
